Welcome to Clarity. By signing up for an account, creating a workspace, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. User Accounts and Workspaces

To use Clarity, you must create an account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your workspace. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable Use of the Service

You agree not to use Clarity to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is illegal, defamatory, harmful, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or perform malicious exploits against the platform's infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' private workspaces or databases.

3. Subscription Fees and Pricing

Clarity is free for up to 2 users inside a workspace. For workspaces with 3 or more members, subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified in our pricing details. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

We do not claim any ownership rights over the text, tasks, files, audio notes, or mockups you upload. All materials uploaded to your workspaces remain yours. The Clarity software, branding, designs, and source code are protected by copyrights and trademarks owned by Clarity.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or workspace if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent behavior, or fail to pay subscription fees.

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Clarity is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. In no event shall Clarity be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
